1. Definitions

"Service" refers to any Circle Talk Session, Household Harmony Toolkit Workshop, Long-Term Family Coordination package, or related offering provided by Roundhouse Kin. "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or family engaging with our website or services. "We", "us", or "our" refers to Roundhouse Kin. "Agreement" refers to these Terms together with any specific booking confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a contact form, booking a session, or otherwise engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement on behalf of yourself and, where relevant, your family.

3. Service Description

Roundhouse Kin provides facilitated communication and coordination support for families, including Circle Talk Sessions, the Household Harmony Toolkit Workshop, and Long-Term Family Coordination. Our services are offered in Ko Samui, Thailand, and may be delivered in person or remotely depending on scheduling and availability. We provide facilitation and coordination support only; we do not provide legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

4. User Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate contact information, attend scheduled sessions in good faith, and treat facilitators and other participants respectfully.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to request that a facilitator act outside their role of neutral communication support.

5. Intellectual Property

Materials provided as part of the Household Harmony Toolkit Workshop, including templates and printed guides, remain the intellectual property of Roundhouse Kin. Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for their own household purposes and may not redistribute or resell them commercially.

6. Payment Terms

Current pricing is published on our Solutions page and quoted in Thai Baht (฿). Payment terms and accepted methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellation and refund arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon at booking, taking into account the notice given and preparation already undertaken for staged coordination packages.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Circle Talk Sessions are single-meeting engagements. The Household Harmony Toolkit Workshop includes printed materials provided at the session. Long-Term Family Coordination is delivered as a staged package of meetings over an agreed period, which may be adjusted by mutual agreement as circumstances change.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We facilitate communication and coordination only; we do not advise on family decisions and make no representation regarding any particular outcome from participating in our sessions or workshops. Our services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roundhouse Kin's liability arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where such limitation is not permitted under Thai law.

10. Termination

Either party may discontinue an ongoing coordination package by providing reasonable notice. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination of this Agreement.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through informal discussion between the parties, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

12. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Roundhouse Kin regarding our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
