Steady Support for Families Finding Their Way Together
We hold a calm, even space so relatives can talk, plan, and coordinate — without losing sight of what matters to them.
Back to HomeWhy Roundhouse Kin Began
Roundhouse Kin started from a simple observation: many families in Ko Samui and across Thailand want to talk through shared matters together, but struggle to find an even, unhurried way to do it. Conversations about caregiving, schedules, or shared responsibilities often happen in rushed moments, or not at all.
We built a practice around the idea of the round room — a space where no one sits at the head of the table, and every relative has a fair turn to speak. Our founder, drawn to communication facilitation after years of coordinating community gatherings, shaped this into a gentle, structured offering for households.
Today, Roundhouse Kin works with families across generations and backgrounds, offering facilitated sessions, practical toolkits, and longer coordination support. Our mission stays the same: to hold space for family conversation and planning, while every choice remains fully with the family.

How We Hold the Space
Facilitator Training
Our facilitators complete structured training in neutral communication facilitation before leading sessions.
Confidential Handling
Information shared during sessions is treated with care and kept within the family and facilitator only.
Neutrality Practice
We maintain a strict practice of never advising families on what to decide, only how to speak and plan together.
Session Quality Review
Sessions and workshops are reviewed regularly to keep formats clear, respectful, and consistent for every family.
Family Coordination Support in Ko Samui
Roundhouse Kin provides communication and coordination support for households navigating shared decisions, caregiving arrangements, and daily planning. Based in Ko Samui, our sessions draw on structured facilitation practices adapted for family settings, keeping every household's own values and choices at the center.
Our approach combines calm session formats, practical planning templates, and staged coordination support for longer transitions. We work alongside families rather than directing them, offering structure and tools while leaving every decision in the hands of the people who know their situation best.
